George,

I'm really sorry this happened to you. I hope your issues call be addressed. Consider seeing Dr worlford. he's the tjr expert. He's much maligned, but he takes on cases that other surgeons won't touch with a ten foot pole.

It is indeed frustrating.

Your request to REMOVE your comment about your (unfortunate) experience with the doctor has been accommodated.

'George..',
You know if what you say is true, you are allowed to post about it. Although I accommodated your request for deletion, from the sound of your request to the moderation center, it appeared that this doctor could have been trying to intimidate you. So, as long as you are telling the truth, you have the right to post about your experience.  That said, you also have the option of posting about what ever 'notice' the doctor sent you such that you had to request deletion of your post.

Yes.

I'd personally avoid a doctor who sends out cease and desist papers to a patient who had a bad experience. Assuming the patient is telling the truth about their surgery, this looks bad.

Indeed and I was shocked as were the others who responded to George's experience with this doctor. I would like to hear more about the circumstances of this C&D notice and the back story of why it was sent.

Wow, this doc has recently discovered his bad YELP reviews.  There is one really bad one from 2013 and he confronts the review in 2017. There are other bad ones too from past years and he does confront.
