Title: What the f**k
Post by: someone on July 23, 2017, 03:42:35 PM
Apparently this is a lefort 2 before and after, I am just in shock, don't even look like the same person.

Very strange, looks like he had a dreadful underbite.

Yeah, looks like he got hit in the nose and his maxillary bone just got flattened, still really impressive, god damn looks like I might have to get someone to hit me in the face with a sledgehammer.

Since the nose is much longer, looks like a full blown lf3, coronal and all.

Here is the source: https://pocketdentistry.com/8-high-level-osteotomies/

One of the first things that came up when I looked up lefort 2, he probably had a lot of grafting done in other areas.

This profile improvement is, certainly, tremendous.

I do wish that I could see pre- and post-surgical frontal images.  It seems to me that correction of the profile is much more straightforward that optimization of the frontal view.
