Has anyone used a compression garment during recovery to help contain swelling? I can't seem to find much info on it. I have surgery tomorrow so I'll ask my surgeon then, but was just curious is anyone has ever used one and found it helpful?
This is my third surgery unfortunately so I'm just thinking of more ways to control as much swelling as possible since I seem to get a painful amount, which is know isn't abnormal or anything.
Outside of elevation, ice, arnica/bromelain, does anyone have any other recommendations to help with swelling?
