Title: Distance between mouth and eyes - Maxilla?
Post by: AustralianLabrador on September 09, 2017, 12:36:02 AM
Hi guys this is my first post on the forum and I was just wondering about a few things.

The distance between my pupil to upper lip is 65mm which from what I believe is normal.

However when I scrunch my mouth area upwards as so the distance between eyes and lips is shorter, it looks 10 times more proportionate. I don't need a lip lift as I already have a normal philtrum length.

I've read a post on real self that discusses the full spectrum of mouth surgery, reconstructive, soft tissue the whole works but I haven't really looked into it.

Would anyone care to tell me what change SARPE or having the maxilla moved forward would have on the mouth region?

edit: would moving the maxilla forward allow for more lip to be shown (top lip)?

Oldish post. But found it anyways. I'm curious. How is your philtrum like?
