Title: Need someone to offer advice regarding treatment

Hi guys this is my first post after lurking for a while I am very skeptical about posting my face even if it has identifying features edited out on this website seeing as its public and I've heard a few horror stories. I was wondering if anyone would be so kind as to assist me if I shared photos over PM? or perhaps theres a private forum?

you can pm me.  ofcorse, there are much more knowledgeable people on this forum than i.  Posting a pic or atleast an xray is the best way to help us diagnose you.
