My nose looks huge because of my small jaw and it really bugs me out.
Is my mandible recessed? Is my maxilla recessed too?
Should I get bimax or an aesthetic procedure like sliding genioplasty?

Your jaws are fine.
Your nose looks huge to you because of your anterior nasal spine.
Your ANS being prominent, is pushing your upper lip forward and is giving you a tethered upper lip.
If you want to fix this, consult several competent rhinoplasty surgeons, and ask them to show you a morph of what your nose would look like.
If you don't have the money to pay a very good surgeon, I wouldn't even bother because you might not like the outcome and need further surgery.
Do other members of your family have similar noses?
