Premaxillary augmentation is a procedure that adresses deficiencies in the anterior nasal spine region. It fixes nasolabial angle, and nasal tip projection. I believe this is what I need in combination with nasal dorsum augmentation.
Here is an example of premaxillary augmentation: http://beauty-vipkorea.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/12/VIP-Harmony-face-surgery1.jpg
Has anyone here had this procedure done? Id like to talk to people that have had it.
