Title: Anyone Heard of Dr. Jay Neugarten in New York?

I looked him up and I've spoken to him, and he seems very knowledgeable. He graduated valedictorian from Columbia. Thoughts?

I’ve been to this office but did not see that Dr. How did you make out?

I've heard good things but my orthodontist told me he doesn't get the aesthetics of faces right, especially for women.
