Title: Anybody know a good surgeon in Canada or England to perform Double Jaw?

No way in hell I can afford an American one.

Do you have at least permanent resident status in these countries? If not, you're not eligible for cost coverage, and the surgery will be just as expensive as getting it done by the average US surgeon. If you are eligible though, I would get the surgery done in England. I live in Canada, and the surgeons that are considered the best here are subpar, which really sucks since I could get the surgery done for only $3000 with my OHIP coverage. I'm going with a US surgeon instead, since my case is pretty serious.
For Canada, the names I've heard the most are Dr. Tocchio and Dr. Caminiti in the Toronto area. Dr. Tocchio is the most well-known surgeon in Ontario, it seems, but I've been reading blogs written by people who got surgery done by him, and the results look unimpressive to me. You can easily find the blogs using Google, so check them out. Canadian surgeons appear to put the most emphasis on function and almost none on facial aesthetics, at least in my experience.

From everything I've seen here, UK surgeons are the same.
