What do people think about this? I find it amazing how they can have such dramatic profile changes without surgery

She had such a forward projecting face that she could afford to have those extractions without it negatively affecting her face.

Thise were 2nd molar extractions and 3rd molars replaced their position so it would not affect your face either way
