I just had spacers fitted today for my RPE (rapid palette expander) ..ouch! They hurt when eating also...I just needed to have a whinge!

2 weeks until surgery. I know the process will be annoying but I am excited about the outlook of two matching palettes ...  Guess I should save my whinging for the double jaw surgery  8)

I've heard Bimax should be a breeze next to SARPE though.
