I think you look fine as it is. I actually think it looks like you have a slight underbite in the photoshopped version. I really doubt that you'll be able to find a (competent) surgeon that is willing to perform jaw surgery on you if your bite is good but a plastic surgeon might agree to do a genioplasty on you (not that I think you need one).

Tread very carefully here I would say. I think your profile both smiling and non smiling is very good. (You have very nice teeth, a nice nose and good skin btw) I dont think the photo shop picture looks any better (it may even look worse than you are, as Gregor said, a slight underbite look in the photoshop picture)
I would also agree that you would not benefit from a genioplasty.  In short I agree with everything Gregor said.

Agree with everyone else. The photoshop pic looks a bit like an underbite, and the jaw looks too strong. I think you have a very nice profile as is.
