1year after bimax and I dont know what to do (with pic)

It's 12 month after my BSSO +Lefort I (with Dr D*Y in Phoenix,az) and I feel like nothing has changed. I still have the same problem a year ago (btw in the pic my ortho took away my my lower braces 6 months ago). Any suggestions or do I need a revision? If yes then what kind of revision?

you need a revision.  i wish the world could see the technical error that this surgeon made, such that he is not trusted with anyone elses face.

Check Dr. Wolford or Arnett and Gunson in cali if you have the means, theyre really good at revisions
