Fat transfer - Almost 2 months after..
« on: July 18, 2017, 05:39:40 AM »
Hello

I have posted a while ago about my fat grafting procedure in the tear trough/Zygomatic conjunction..

I am bit disappointed by the result but not entirely, as I think the procedure has improved my appearance a little bit..
The surgeon has extracted 21 CC and used all of it. He used 1.5 cc on each brow to reduce upper eyelid exposure..but said he didn't want to put much, as heavy brows can have repercussions on my NCT.

I still have a bulgy appearance..and my orbitals still look recessed..
I will plan another fat grafting in 3 months. If I'm not satisfied with it..I'll go with HA Paste/Extended Medpor infraorbital rim implant/Zygo

To be fair, in the after picture I was a bit squinching. Both were taken at same Body fat %

Hi. Thank you for posting your testimonial!
I think that only a small percentage of the fat survived. Maybe you will have better luck on the next try.

Can you recommend me a surgeon who uses ha paste? Many thanks.

Just going off the photos, it looks to be a substantial improvement.

Doesn't look like much of a result.

I think this dude is VERY handsome.

Incredible jawline, features, great. I just don't think the fat did much. You have hair in the "after" pic right? So the after pic is the one on the left. The lighting is softer. You are clearly squinting. You look great. I just don't think it is cause of the fat. Sorry.

Looks like a male model in both pics.
The more I learn about the gamble that is jaw surgery the more afraid I become!!!   :-(
