I have absolutely horrendous paranasal hollowing for someone my age, I have the folds of a 40 year old on an early 20s face.

Jaw surgery - large down time, expensive, stressful, may not fix the issue entirely on its own

Fillers - Price adds up fast, has to be replaced regularly, might have to travel to visit a good filler doc/surgeon

Paranasal implants - ? Can't find much information on male results with this

Fat grafting - ?

Is there anything I'm missing?

Here's what mine look like, bear in mind they can look a bit worse than this depending on the lighting and I have a tiny amount of filler there (!!!!)

I don't even know why I have folding like this, my bones are not particularly bad. There are people with far worse (bottom percentile) bone structures that have no sign of hollowing like this. They completely throw off what is otherwise an okay looking face. Does anyone else have this issue? what are you planning on doing to fix it?
