did you get both the chin wing and ZSO? Or bi-max or something else?

Had an unfortunate setback though...Dr. Butterball was only able to perform the chin wing as the surgery took a lot longer than expected. I will return for my zso in a few months time. Bummer, but he knows what he's doing and I'm happy with the chin wing.
