How exactly do I book a consultation for cosmetic jaw surgery?

You book for a ceph evaluation of your jaw balance and bite. You don't tell them you are booking for cosmetic jaw surgery.

Ask the office if you can or what referrals you need. Referrals if needed are usually from those in the dental profession as in ortho or dentist.
