This procedure is relevant for people who has upper jaw protusion. It's pretty rare so I've never heard about it

Highly unlikely you have central midface protrusion. Last i looked, the protrusion you have is a significant dorsal hump to the nose.

This is the article!! I think they were able to decrease the height of middle face, making the face much more harmonic in the frontal view. I know this technique is for really selected patients.

But I think I might have some benefit from this LeFort2 with 2 cuts, we both agree that a Lefort1 can make my nose really odd
