Upper jaw collapse and orbital rims level
« on: October 29, 2017, 12:55:41 AM »
Maybe it is the less interesting thread here :

I saw a girl on a Dr's website who had unfortunately a tremendous collapse of her upper jaw after a Lefort 1. (She was operated in Paris  :( :( )

I noticed that her orbital rims are very very very low. So i was wondering if such a collapse affected the orbital rims level.

Despite the upper jaw extrusion and HA paste, she still look sad and had flat cheeks.
I think she was deserving a Lefort 3 impaction and CCW rotation, but I don't even know if it is possible
