Mentalis Strain

Has anyone here had mentalis strain worsten after bimax + genio?

Or basically feel constant pressure under their lower lip due to genio?

If so, what can/should be done?

It's possible the muscles are trapped under the plates or the scar tissue needs to be cut out/flattened.
