Anyone have blepharoplasty surgery, if so does it look natural? If had upper jaw advanced the skin under eyes becomes hollow...

The problem most of the time isn't that you have too much fat under the eyes but rather that you don't have enough. A fat transfer and possibly infraorbital grafts will give a much better result for most people.
