I've looked and found nothing other than some vague nods to liquid diets, bands etc. I thought it'd be cool if we could try and create a bit of a colourised excel timeline for different operations. Nothing concrete, just averages.

Example:

BSSO:
Week 1: Banded shut, liquid diet, bleeding, moderate discomfort, osteotomy is fresh
blah blah blah
Week 10: Bands removed, soft-food diet, bone begins to heal over
blah blah blah
Week 100: Bone fully healed, minimal chance of relapse, possible to have screws removed

Just that sort of thing. We could combine personal experience and what doctors say. It's always nice to get a visual guide of just how one can expect to heal.

Thoughts?
