Oh man.....be careful with anything that could knowingly mess up or present a higher risk of TMD.

I will tell you that during the periods where my TMJ's were sore - life was MISERABLE.....

Agreed. TMD is a s**t disorder to have. Hopefully your problems are clearing up now?
