Sliding genioplasty or double jaw surgery?

So sliding genioplasty would look best in my case? I also know its cheaper and less expensive than bi max surgery

i should indicate that in fact joseph niamtu is lndeed listed as a "DMD" and it also indicates he's served on the some maxillofacial board,

A DMD is the same as a DDS. nothing to do with surgery. some schools award graduating dentists with DDS or DMD, both mean the exact same thing.
