I read recently about this. I think , it's interesting for some of you who have recessed midface since you born, or for those who have it after bimax / jaw surgery

Wait, they can move the inferior orbital rim with an osteotomy? And you have a plate like under the eye there? Does that avoid separating the muscle from the bone then?
