I had double jaw surgery + genioplasty about 4 weeks ago, and my surgeon has shown concern in the fact that my left top cuspid is "mobile" and that I have "tooth trauma", thus after my orthodontic work is complete, I will need a tooth implant to replace that tooth. I've read a fair share of underbite surgery blogs and never have I encountered this.

My surgeon said in his 20 years of practice, he's only had this happened twice. I have found pretty much nothing about this sort of complication from the internet. He said we would monitor it for the next month to see if it "un-mobilizes?". Regardless, wanted to know if anyone had any first hand experience, any advice is much appreciated!
