i have become aware that i have skeletal facial deformities although im not paticularly sure of the extent or exact type of issues im dealing with, who do i talk to in order to get these issues resolved should i go to an orthodontist and what should i tell them? i had braces as a kid but didnt finish and i have a recessed mandible and maxilla/poorly developed midface

I think it's best to speak with a maxilliofacial surgeon first, come up with a plan, then take that and consult with some orthos.
