Do I need Lefort 3 to bring my midface forward?
« on: September 19, 2014, 12:41:18 PM »
My maxilla is clearly doesn't have optimal ante face projection and should be around 4mm forward. Also my cheekbones are completely flat from 3/4 view and I have intense nasolabial folds and scleral show because my upper midface bone is not built up enough to support basically anything in that region

Which surgeons are recommended to visit and consult with?

Ideally I'd want my maxilla and midface to project more like this

That's hilarious

You have deep set eyes and good projection jaw and also the midface. You are already anteface. Maybe nosejob?

If lefort3 go to Dr. Sinn Dallas he performs it also on anteface patient lol.
I didn't know him he will be a good maxfac but the story from earl25 sounds phony to me....

Yeah something is defintely off with my face and I'm not sure if my nose and nasolabial folds are too big because of poor midfacial projection because these are common problems of people with poor forward growth. I just want to make the right decision.

Maybe orbital rim implants, NL fillers and rhinoplasty?

How could you possibly think that you need more midface projection? You have more projection than most people. Your face looks fine both from the front and the side. There is zero chance that any surgeon will do a Le Fort III on you.

Wow. Arms.

Unfortunately people in life don't really care about your body nearly as much as your craniofacial harmony

I'm not claiming my maxilla and midface are deformed and deviate significantly from normal but they lack any sort of aesthetic projection. Could dermal fillers help give me a more complete orbital vector and less scleral show?

My main issue is the nasolabial folds at my age and I just want to enhance my midface ad cheekbone projection

I think your upper face looks good. Paranasal augmentation can help with nasolabial folds. It's a common procedure in Asian countries.

Augmenting along the top of the cheekbone with a thick filler such as Perlane or Restalyne Sub-Q, injected deep down almost to bone level will help pick up the slack as well as improve contours.

It's very injector dependent so ask around for recommendations, done badly you risk looking like a tranny.

You look better.  I recommend a shrink.

There is absolutely nothing about your face that needs fixing.

Hey Mr Beefcake,

Do you have a six pack?  If not, diet down till you do.  Your face looks a bit soft.  You may not realise how strong your features are until your face is much leaner.

to the op, i think your profile is really handsome. you have a superb - in my view - jutting chin and i think your nose looks very masculine.

i also think you're more attractive than the other guy you've linked to.
