I think her mother got cancer just before she was due to shoot the sequel, and she was replaced by Elizabeth Shue.  Also Crispin Glover who played George Macfly demanded too much money for the sequel, so all scenes with him in the sequels are excerpts from the first one or a double shot from the back.  The guy has an absolutely model face, yet no career since.

I know about that, but why she has not managed  to continue her career later. I've seen her also in Fast Times (before BTTF) - really nice and funny serial.
However she played in one stupid movie recently ... Now she looks like MILF :P but still has got something

Instead of flying cars we have flat screens :D

but I tell you what is interesting here. When I saw this movie I was about 8y old. I even did not understand it completely, but I felt something when I saw her in this movie. About 5y later I saw it again. That time I understood what was going in the movie and again I felt something when I saw this actress.

10y later :) I used to date with similarly looking girl :P
5y later I realised I used to date with second girl similar to her :P
I WAS NOT AWARE OF THIS for a long time.

What is interesting here ?  IMO We all have some root code / standards in the brain since we born / I do not know how to describe this.
First years of your life mostly affect what we will do when we become mature.
We can't change our core.
