Is Dr Zarrinbal the best surgeon to go to if you live in Europe?

I've got a call setup with him on Wednesday when he's back in the office. Just use the details off his website, they speak English

I paid 10K € last year but Zarrinbal told me he would be upping his prices. I believe for instance that he have increased his Ching Wing pricing from 6K € to 8K € this year.

Did you use an orthodontist in your own country and then just go see him for the surgery? Is this how he does things? Or did he make you see an ortho he specifically works with?

Is it any wonder? Discussing prices on here only jacks up the cost for everyone.

most surgeons generally increase their prices as they become established...

Zarrinbal is very young for a surgeon and has developed - as far as I understand it - a well deserved reputation.... He gets a lot of business, his prices would go up regardless of whether people here discuss it or not. Its really silly to think the mere act of discussing his prices is what facilitates the increase.. its the amount of BUSINESS he gets that does.
