I belive in long term palatal expansion. I haven't made my mind up about face pulling though.

Im saving up for an online consult with Mew, im an orthodontically camo'd class 2 with no extractions. Im thinking adult palate expansion some facepulling/ncr (even though the latter is questionable but f**k it I'll give it a shot) and finally imdo for my lower jaw so i can get maximum palatle expansion and not have to worry about lower jaw being too small for even though i have inward tipped lower  teeth and could get away with a little lower expansion

How long is long term?  Anyway, extraordinary claims (adult expansion) require extraordinary proof.  Mew has provided none.

What is the typical treatment for inward tipped teeth? Do braces fix it?

a lower arch expander (they only work moderately in growing children because there is no suture in the mandible)

But what about for a adult, then?

Sorry i ment for actually  expanding the arch, the lower epxander won't do that for you it just tips teeth

So even on an adult, and expander can tip the teeth from being retroclined (tipped inwards) to having a normal 'flare'?

Not that I am of any help in regard to OP's question, but I do 100% believe face pulling can work. I would be doing it now if it weren't for the fact that I'm considering a type of midfacial surgery and don't want it to accidentally be too effective and push me outside the realm of what a surgeon would consider worth operating on.

NCR is in my mind a bit more doubtful. I would only ever pay for that if the practitioner agreed to taking surgical before and afters, and if no changes occured I would not be made to pay.

OP, how many mms would you say your maxilla came forward from facepulling?

2-3 mm at most, but still

again, this before and after is total bs. the lens type and shot scale create the shortened appearance of the face, not some sort of surgery. the soft lighting is creating the fullness under the eyes. this is not a reliable index of any procedure.

the orthotropists working on developing face pulling suggest much longer times than 30minutes and in order to get results you have to have perfect toung lip and teeth posture the rest of the time other wise you are just canceling out any movement you get
