yellow teeth

i drink coffee and tea all day long,

this is unavoidable right?  are there any tricks for dealing with yellow teeth?

i guess im going to have to pay big bucks for in office treatment at some point to fix this :(

straw is not a bad idea

i put a lot of cream in my coffee (dilute?) even tho i can drink it black..  but im probably just fooling myself

whitening teeth costs 50 euros here.
How much do you pay there? 50 euros for a procedure you need to do every 3/6 months isn't that much

Honestly, I think unless your teeth are severely stained, i don't think a slightly yellow glaze to your teeth is a big deal, I don't assume the person is unhygenic. I mean I floss twice daily, brush at least twice, and get professional cleaning done every three months so I never have vivibsl tartar or plaque. But I drink tea all day long as well, usually green tea, so I think being off-white is inevitable.

Several years ago I got into the habit of rinsing my mouth with water after having coffee, tea, juice, soda, etc.  Really helps keep the sugar and crap from lingering on your teeth and you don't have to give up your favorite stuff.

I assumed whitening would be like a thousand bucks but i should check

At work i have tea always sitting there and i sip on it... idk
My teeth looked so much whiter without tea but i was in a coma
