i was searchin for some 3d analysis software or somoene who can do it.

im tryng tofind something on net but im in cant some advice ?

Couldn't find anything either. I tried hiring a 3d modeling artist off Reddit at one point. She renders characters for video games professionally so I thought it would be cool. She mentioned the Dolphin software. I also looked at artists and got descriptions of what they'd model. But it's hard stuff and they really need to understand the issues. I never went through with it, what am I going to do about it?

i think u have find good options.in my researches i have found 3d dolphin software teh ebst software too.
why didnt u talk to her about ur issue,let then understand what u want ,telling to her what she can achive with her professionals'skills morphing your face?
do u remeber her names and how con i find her.
i wanan try all the way for have some visual analysis

what you need is to take CBCT (bone model of your face) and 3DMD (3D image of soft tissues of your face) then merge these two together in various software intended for orthognatic surgery planning like Dolphin. This can give some idea how your face would look afterwards, but it's really just an idea, because simulation of soft tissue movement is still a major challenge for engineers.

you need special analysis software ? or just to read dedicated DICOM files as 3D ?

my main goal is to understand the before and after surgery.
i got the standard image's like COnebeam and xray.

CBCT and 3DMD are Conebeam images?

i understand what u say Mark,i knoe its diffuclt to really understand what i can achive,but its always good for me have an idealistic view of what i wil be after my surgery

CBCT = conebeam (xray), with this you take an image of bones
3dmd = well known 3d camera equipment manufavture, with this you take image of facial soft tissues

Then you take these two and merge them together in some of the orthognatic surgery simulation software, like Dolphin.
