Ranking web of hospitals
« on: June 12, 2015, 09:26:19 PM »
methodology: http://hospitals.webometrics.info/en/Methodology

http://hospitals.webometrics.info/en/world

interesting is that mostly hospitals from US and Germany are the best in the World. I mean the largest number of them on the highest position.  I used not to know that.

it does not show how good is max-fac department in specific hospital, but it gives general opinion / view how it looks in wide perspective

You can't tell anything from this. A "max-fac" department means nothing. It's the individual surgeons and then a f**king TON of luck.

this is what I exactly wrote you moron... :)

it can tell you about general quality of services in specific hospitals, but the best result in your case is not guranteed

and I see differences
The place where they overlooked my fracture is at above 5000 position in WorldWide Rank, locally about at 100 :D :P
the place where I'm going to have correction (too late) at 200
i only have hope .... for sure if you had 2 clinics to choose, you would go to the one with better opinion .. the rest is a gamble

Also available stuff matters. For example, for my case, CAS is helpful ..probably not even 25% of hospitals use it in max-fac departments. - so it's not only a surgeon skills issue
VERY IMPORTANT ARE HOSPITAL PROCEDURES, the better, the lower risk of overlooked complications, or better management of them, etc issues
