Do i still have a negative canthal tilt?

besides a mild ptosis on the right eye (or excess skin i dont really know the difference), im wondering if my eyes still have a negative canthal tilt. i had two canthoplasties, first one failed.
first pic is 2011 pre-surgery

i think i would also benefit greatly from infraorbital implants, i dont think bone projection under the eyes is good. i had fat grafts in that area and the malar area but the fat lost its effect after 6 months or so. Do canthoplasties also need bone support to work good?

Hard to say as the shot is angled but for what it's worth I think there was a great improvement for you.
