Jaw Surgery and Muscle Atrophy

Hi There- New here- Having jaw surgery late May- but am starting to experience atrophy in the muscle behind neck and am very concerned- Wondering if jaw surgery can make that better? It's still 2 1/2 months away and very concerned... :(

Seriously though,  only one way to build muscle.
