I know that I need a BSSO and genioplasty, but I also need something to get rid of the flatness under my eyes caused by recessed zygomas. I don't think a Le Fort 2 would be any better than a Le Fort 1 in my case, but I think there's a slight chance that I'd be a candidate for a Le Fort 3. Probably not, but I would like to understand exactly what an extreme Le Fort can do before I write it off as ludicrous. I'd also like to learn about ZSOs (zygomatic sandwich osteotomies). I just found out they exist and know nothing about them.

If neither of these is the answer then I think that would leave zygoma/rim implants as the only option. The flatness is so bad that the only way they could make me look worse is if they were cartoonishly large or placed improperly.

It's hard to help you without seeing you.
