What do you think of Yaremchucks orbital work? (pics)

Dr. Yaremchuck does implants in the area but the pictures on his website aren't too impressive imo. Then again I hear the best results aren't available on the internet. Is anyone familiar with his work, have you perhaps seen the results?

I "need" my orbitals augmented, my lower lid needs to be raised and I could probably use some additional soft tissue as well. Here is how my eyes look now, I didn't embedd them because the pictures were too large:

This is a cosmetic surgery, do you think Yaremchuck is the right choice and what result can I expect?

Yaremchuck and Eppley are the most popular surgeons that do these, but neither of them seems to have great results in reducing sclera show.

I've found a bit of text written by Eppley that says orbital rim implants will not help lower lid position, the canthopexies needed to install them can help slightly. http://www.eppleyplasticsurgery.com/will-orbital-rim-implants-raise-the-lower-eyelids

So, I wouldn't expect much improvement in the lower lid department, honestly.

Wish I knew of a good fix, i've got it too and haven't really found a viable solution yet. :/
