My CBCT shows no bone union - 3 months postop

That mean I have really no bone union ? 

or the CBCT I got is useless ?

how it is ?

I had infection 3 weeks after surgery

This was one of my concerns about modified LeFort 3 in the private forum. There is no bony overlap in these kinds of movements, hence distances that can be moved are small. Plus, over 30 bones don't heal that well. Risks for notch and periodontal defects are known to notably increase after 25-30. Surgeon will have to go back in and try and graft it to get it to close. Hopefully the graft materials will stay out of the sinus cavity and you don't start getting infections in there. These things happen but you'll very probably be ok.

I got information from some radiologists that CBCT ofthe skull may not be enough sensitive
I should check on smaller area ,like CBCT of the sinuses.... hmm interesting
