Obviously you want to ease in to this with soft food etc...
I had surgery on the 18th and started soft chew a few days ago, stuff like scrambled eggs and cheese. I tried canned black beans today and Heard a faint click (not from my jaw- from the force of my teeth meeting, on one side) as I chewed the bean. It continued with chewing so I stopped.
So I guess I’m a little scared now.
