Zygomatic bone augumentation and soft tissue reaction
« on: April 07, 2016, 03:50:41 PM »
Hi  for sure none of you hade zygomatic bone reposition where surgeon moved the cheek 5mm horizontally (error)

but anyone have implant 3-5mm of size  (3-5 mm zygomatic bone augumentation) ? covering quite big are of the cheek ?
how soft tissue behave after that in your case when you open your mouth ?

My behave like I had old bone position - strange - it's the skin or muscle. I do not know.
It looks like near the jaw border is not enough fat, near the lips like too much fat..

Since a surgeon does not touch masseter muscle when he installs implant, anyone noticed some problem with soft tissue under the implant?
Mostly how your skin react when you open your mouth having installed implant ?

Please answer.  It's important for me.
