is it possible to rotate the mandible counter clockwise while impacting the maxilla without rotation? This doesn't seem possible without some kind of wacky decompensation of bottom teeth. Any thoughts?
Sure it is. Every case is different but, in practice, it rarely makes sense. Deformities tend to come in only a few flavors. Or, put another way, medicine isn't the study of how the body works but rather how the body fails.
