Surprised I never dropped a link here for my blog, but in case anybody is interested-- I've been keeping this from day 1 since I got braces on.  It's turned out to be a much lengthier and in depth story than I would have liked, but it's all here!  First double jaw surgery was April 2014, and I just chronicled my revision and the process leading up to it in Feb 2016.
