Probably not but can't say for sure. Here's what we know about bone. It doesn't grow/heal as well as we age. Most bone grafts resorb unpredictable amounts. Sometimes they don't take too. For a chin a sliding genio is better but less aesthetic IMO. I would ask about a demineralized bone graft. Otherwise, I wouldn't worry about it too much. Orthopedics undergoing revolution right now, by the time it matters you'll have good options for fixing it.
