Waiting on a quote from Thuau regarding revision sliding genio and some jaw tapering. Anyone have any experience and rough cost estimates? From what I've researched he's a good guy in his field and pretty well known for the right reasons. Hopefully going with him in London this year if cost inst too prohibitive.
