Is my maxilla recessed/should I have had upper jaw surgery

I think you look good. The only suggestion would be a genioplasty to give you more projection and shape of the chin, but I wouldn't touch anything else other than that

Ok I agree with that. I want my chin to be less round and softer on the edges into a point. What exactly would I tell my surgeon for me to obtain that
