It seems that in young patients ZSO can indeed widen the entire zygomatic arch (Zarrinbal told me this when I asked) if you combine this with CW or some type of implant for the jaw you could widen the face. No idea how much the arch widens with surgery but its good to hear that it at least gets wider, i thought it only made the cheekbone wider.
