This guy got a good result. In the before pictures he looks like someone people see everyday at work but no one notices, like they're just making up the numbers. In the after shots he looks much better. He has hope now.

the lighting is much more flattering in the after. Even his upper face looks more attractive & friendly which obviously would not happen with jaw surgery
