I'm almost 1 year post op septorhinoplasty and it has disrupted my facial harmony in every sense.

I'm not sure of 100% of the details of what the surgeon did during the OP, except that he over-corrected the nose, leaving it too narrow and with a tip that was still overprojected.

My concern however is what it did to the rest of my face: -

The surgeon made an intra-oral incision to correct the midline of the septum (AFAIK), and for about 4 months post-OP, smiling was a struggle. He also removed (completely) the anterior nasal spine and placed a strut/graft in there to stop the nose from falling.

I have LESS tooth show and a shorter, fatter face now. The soft tissue on my face is less lean, more flabby and more compressed/short than it was pre-OP. I'm 100% certain of this.

HOW could this have happened??? Now it looks as if I HAVE to  get jaw surgery to off set this disgusting flabbiness and poor bite that seems to have resulted from the rhino.

Please help!
