I'm red pill 100% to me it's just swallowing the reality of life and perhaps for some rising above or at least exercising some biological control. Some don't want/care to question why we behave the way we do, but some of us do. Does it matter? I'm not sure , what is reality...I guess for the most part we all make our own.
